Résidence Dalphin

Enjoy a stay in a quiet and tree-lined Residence in the heart of the Carouge neighborhood, on the "Rive Gauche" of Geneva.

Fully furnished and equipped apartments

Our residence has around fifty apartments, from studios to 7-room apartments.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower or bath, a toilet, a bedroom, and from two rooms upwards, a living room.

(CHF price/month - charges included: water, electricity, heating and internet connection.)

All our accommodations are designed for a maximum occupancy of two people.
Pets are not allowed in our residences.
Our rentals are based on a minimum stay of two consecutive months, either from the 1st to the 30th/31st or from the 16th to the 15th of each month.
One month's notice of departure, for the 30th/31st or the 15th of the following month.

For your comfort, a cleaning service is also included twice a month , including a change of towels and bedding.

The Résidence Dalphin also provides its tenants with:

A shared laundry room open 24/7, equipped with two washing machines and two dryers.
A bike rack

Registering your address at the Residence is possible. Each tenant is provided with a personalized mailbox for this purpose.

The Résidence Dalphin is located in Carouge, a charming neighborhood with its unique character and friendly atmosphere .

Its streets are home to numerous local shops, boutiques, cafes, restaurants and art galleries, offering an authentic and vibrant quality of life.

For vehicles, the "Sardaigne" public car park is just a 5-minute walk from the Residence.
